CAROLYN FINCHER:

I am the founder and owner of Premier Properties which opened its doors in 1989. In 1995 I purchased the RE/MAX franchise and have since been known as RE/MAX Premier Properties. 

I take pride in being a member of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and a proud sponsor of The Cape Fear Valley Hospitals Annual Gala Affair; The Special Olympics; The Children’s Miracle Network; and The Cape Fear Theatre’s Best Christmas Pageant Ever.  I am the daughter of a Baptist minister and I am an active member of The Village Baptist Church.

KELLY MELTER:

I have been a member of RE/MAX Premier Properties for about 11 years and have recently taken the title of Broker in Charge / Manager at our second office location, RE/MAX Premier Properties II, near Raeford.  I am a military veteran and the wife of a retired Army Senior NCO; the mother of four children; and a proud grandma to one grand daughter.  I know how stressful it can be moving a family from location to location.  My job is to help you make your move/relocation as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Some community services that I have participated in are: Cub Scout Leader; Assistant Softball Coach; member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church; and the Homes for Christmas project (helping in the renovation of approximately six (6) apartments, which were rented to low-income/homeless families).
